The breakfast here is really generous, especially with the fried eggs. It’s conveniently located close to Darien Lake concerts. We would definitely book here again! 😊.

They gave a suite with very comfy beds, coffee table and microwave as we booked. The staff was welcoming and check in was quick. The location was decent - just next door to Buffalo or Niagara Falls, stores and the indoor waterpark and Batavia Downs Casino and Dwyer baseball stadium: )

Medium sound insulation: a lot of excitement and noise coming from the reception from 6am (room on the ground floor a few meters from the hotel reception); happy to be on the opposite side of the highway, but no bowl: trucks ran their engines all night behind the hotel in a cargo discharge area. It will be necessary to ventilate the pool better: the concentration of chlorine in the air burned the throat

We liked the quality/price ratio and the pool! The managers are very welcoming and the breakfast is well stocked. You're never disappointed with best western anyway.

My stay at the Best Western Crown Inn & Suites - Batavia was excellent and offered great value. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the hotel's central location in the charming, rural areas of western New York.

The hotel was nice and clean and close to shopping centers. The staff was nice and helpful. We bought our dinner in Wallmart and warmed it in their dinning room and ate it there.

The price was a little too high.

Location was near most places we wanted to go.

Was double charged for my room. No security when getting cards for room. Never asked for identification. Did not change sheets on the bed the next day. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Woke with a sore back.

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Crown Inn & Suites in Batavia. Its location is fantastic, conveniently situated near great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options like Batavia Downs and the Dwyer baseball stadium. the bedroom was clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive to my needs, responding promptly to all of my requests. a great stay!

Location was good.

Bed was uncomfortable. Motel was dated compared to pictures.

Enjoyed having coffee and juice available till evening. I thought that was very considerate!

Eggs in breakfast bar were cold and tasteless.
